This dress is so sweet it is about to give me a cavity! I just love it. The soft pretty pink floral with green centers is teamed with the green tri-check. I used covered buttons and then pleated the ruffle for the collar with my pleater. Love that gadget! I also used some of that pleating for the top of the adorable tiny pocket. I piped out the little bias binding for the puffed sleeves to complete the yumminess! (Is that a word? Well, it should be ! )
I love how even the back of this dress has great details! The great box pleat and the belt is so cute! It adds interest even as the cute little one is running away. This dress is for a customer who wanted a Spring dress that she could also use all summer long. And she was thrilled with the results. I can't wait to see a picture of the cutie pie wearing this little dress. Pink is definately her color!
